Sunset: What if I said I’d like to start over too but as more than friends…? comes closer to Flash, putting a hand to his cheek and reaching up to kiss him, breaks away after a second I want to be with you again.
 
 
So… I did say I was going to avoid watching anything from Legend of Everfree because I want to wait till I watch the entire movie when I get my DVD in November BUT someone share a link to a scene in the movie where Sunset and Flash talk to each other!!! And I’m not even lying when I say that it made me so happy I had tears in my eyes from how much I was fangirling. When I saw the link on my profile, for some reason I knew that it related to Flash and Sunset somehow. Shipper’s intutition? lol
 
Anyway, of course the scene inspired by to draw this because when I heard Flash say “I was hoping we could start over… as friends.” this scenario was going through my head. I will say I didn’t like how Sunset wasn’t really listening to him when he suggested this because she was distracted by stupid butt chin Timber… but in my opinion, if she had been listening to him, I’m pretty sure her response would have been A LOT more positive. And maybe I’m looking too much into this but I really see this scene as Flash realizing that he wants Sunset back. About time Flash realized that Sunset “changed a lot since they went out” and how he thanked her for the tough love of telling him to get over Twilight and that he needed to hear that because TO ME, I see that as he needed to hear that because now he knows that he made a mistake in breaking up with Sunset and he wants her back. Sure, he said he wanted to start over with her “as friends” but personally I don’t think you can be just friends with your ex but I guess that’s just from my own personal experience. Near the end of the clip I was like “Why you gotta do him like that Sunset?! D:” but overall, this scene made me a really, really happy Flashshimmer fan. Seeing this clip was enough for me to go ahead with pre-ordering the DVD when originally I was going to wait till the end of October.
 
Also, something to keep in mind. Any comments that I consider hateful to FlashShimmer will be hidden so please don’t waste your time.
