certainly not. its the official world premieres, it just happens that they not happen in america first.  
the normal thing in a fandom is to watch the world premieres. the fandom and its fans can certainly watch the first airings and world premieres without being called traitors. if someone wants to wait for their regional release for certain reasons it is also okay. if some sites, forums, fans decide to artificial delay it, its fine. but don’t call anyone a traitor for not participating in artificial delaying. many people want to watch their ponies as soon as possible, when the world premiere happened, regardless if its the USA or not. and thats fine in my book.

OP: By that logic you’d be happy with them delaying the episodes to 1 per year so you’ve got something to look forward to, Netflix must really kill your enthusiasm when it releases all episodes of things at once. Oh no its over??

Yes, in the same English voice actors, so it’s legit. China release both Mandarin and English versions because of Hong Kong, which is predominately an English speaking city.
