Description
The princesses are getting hypnotized, not mind controlled. Though Celestia is resisting and has a little flicker of the spell in her eye, it is not powerful enough to take control of her unless she stops resisting of her own according like her sister did. It just makes her head feel a little tingly to tease her.

I would agree, but maybe luna just gave in a little. After all a little relaxation is useful for releasing chiropractic tension (at least that is my interpretation of the squeeze crack from ruby scales). Hope to see some more ‘fun’ activities as well.
