I’m only going based on what I’m presented with in the show. Not a single character was likable in tbis episode. I say that due to their actions and the way they were portrayed in this episode. Twilight was unlikable because she did everything possible to get rid of her friend, even going as far as purposefully getting her disqualified, all because said friend hurt her chances of winning a stupid game. Pinkie was portrayed as beinf stupid because she was oblivious to this, so Twilight didn’t have to apologize, so Twilight didn’t really learn anything in this episode. How is that a good story or moral? What about that makes this entertaining or funny to anyone?

No, it’s not. This show has never been about silly faces and comical moments. If you think it is, then we’ve clearly been watching different shows. They didn’t start doing the silly faces shit until season six and have been exploiting it like mad ever since then. And how humorous it is of you to paint fans who criticize the show (because God forbid we find some fault with it) as not being real, honest, true fans. Get off your high horse. The fact is that this episode completely ruined Twilight’s character, not that there was much character left to ruin after her behavuor in episodes like “Marks for Effort”, “School Daze”, “School Raze”, “2, 4, 6 Greaaat”, among other episodes. Then agaib, nopony was likable in this episode.

Wow, so many negative comments on this episode. Many of these so-called “fans” forgot a long time ago that this show is all about silly faces and comical moments, with just the right amount of dramatic flair thrown in.
 
It would have been better if the fandom never existed, so that real, honest and true fans, like myself, who appreciate the show for what it is, can enjoy the series without all the unnecessary harsh criticism that’s always getting blown up everyone’s asses.
