Description
I’m rather proud of how this one turned out.
From the commissioner:
“Gian Smith, one of the few alicorns of creation called Smiths. He and a few of his other forces of nature formed the world that all beings of Equestria now inhabit. His was the domain of earth and nature although when 3 members of his equals gave themselves to spark true life into the world he was left to be their guidance. Like a sage he ruled the young races with the one other who remained, the Magi Smith, the mare of magic. He kept his reach far but faint, letting the new life spread and discover both hardship and paradise. It is said a great cataclysm befell the land that caused him to disappear and sundered the large landmass into the separate pieces that inhabit the world today. Marks of his passing are said to be the Badlands, the Land of the Dragons, and Gryphonstone and sometimes there are tales of mad beings spewing raving tales blaming Gian Smith for the cataclysm and that they were there when it happened. Many have dismissed these ravings as mad folly and the name has passed into nothing more than a myth. But there is one pony that stalks the badlands, looking for what he lost so many moons ago and trying to forget about the one gone forever.”
