I'm certain this year you got either the wallet or the economist badge, and you could reset it indefinitely until you got the one you wanted of the two.

I started out with wallet, reset it and accidentally got economist, and then reset it again to get wallet.
 
How you two ended up with both (out of all the staff) seems like shenanigans!
