Rather than trying to follow her parents’ hoofsteps as a Wonderbolt wannabe or a buckball player, she’s found a path of her own: pro wrestling! A champion in the ring, Blaze is a butchy, confident mare who pays no mind to any insecurities and opinions that may bring her down. She’s dependent on nobody but herself. Relationship with Duchess:  
Ponies would be surprised to hear that a dignified and diplomatic mare like Duchess was secretly a huge fan of sports, but it’s true. After her breakup with Summer Beauty, Duchess needed to unwind. So what better way to do so than to experience the thrill of a wrestling match? She got a front-row seat at a match headlined by the Equestria-famous Bustin’ Blazer. She enjoyed it not only because it helped her forget her ex, but also because Bustin’ Blazer was…attractive. Really attractive. So when the wrestler invited her front-row fans to a dinner out, Duchess was the first to say yes.  
And that night, they hit it off. Duchess found that she really enjoyed spending time with Blaze, beyond just in a fan/athlete way. And even Blazer, among all the other fans she hung out with that night, felt something different around this mare. She casually asked her out on a date, thinking nothing of it till Duchess actually showed up that next week. That’s when Blazer turned into a flustered chicken.  
Thus began a relationship of a lifetime. After her previous relationship with someone so co-dependent and insecure, Duchess found it a welcome change to be with someone who treated her more as a partner free to live her own life and not as a crutch. And Blazer, with lots of work, finally learned how to be affectionate and emotionally honest because of Duchess. They proved to be good for each other!  
And after lots of dates and a wedding, Duchess and Trailblazer finally welcomed their own baby girl into the world~
