I actually kinda liked the 2003 Baxter better then the ’80s/‘90s one who was just a nerdy white guy who got mutated into a fly freak. He seemed to have more character in the 2003 show.
Y’know, I noticed in the new 2012 show, he wears an outfit similar to Vernon from the original TMNT show.
