Most likely there isn’t any more chapters than these two. I had an email conversation with one of the people that were in the discussion forum for this fic and she believes the writer gave it up as a critique drama erupted in the forum. I guess he simply lost the inspiration. This is nothing that is for sure though as it is all kind of fuzzy. (Like the fact that many of the posts on that forum seems to have been deleted) Plus some people on here have claimed there was more.
 
So I’m not giving up just yet, but I’m not going to get my hopes up too much either.

Sooooo… nothing came of this?

I guessed so. Still, Twilight was indeed a good idea. Even if it gets more popularity than it actually deserves the author and creators are probably getting quite the profit. ;)

First, Popularity isn’t a good measure for actual quality, just look at Twilight.
 
I guess I just like both the gritty, somewhat darkly humorous atmosphere of Fallout and the innocent, wholesome nature of FiM, and when both mix, it becomes something completely different which I do not know what it is, what it wants to be, and couldn’t be more disenterested because it sacrificed large chunks of what made the previous two universes interesting to me.  
I guess, long story short, it’s just not for me.

Just what I’m looking for. Are you really sure there was more? Did you read them yourself? If so, where? I’ve also heard from other directions that the author scrapped it due to some drama about it. (not the kind of drama you would expect, like here. This was drama about the quality about the fic itself) The source wasn’t entirely sure though but recalled the author saying that the end might either be the one you mentioned, or her getting back on her captor. That was before he even wrote chapter 2 though.

That was one of the worst comparisons I’ve ever heard (except I’ve made way worse myself xD ). But trying to explain, using your comparison, it would be about how he made that transition from being a hero into some kids modified Grand Theft Auto game character. A transition that actually is believable and makes sence. Which, in this case, seems quite impossible or at least uninteresting to me. But then you maybe feel the same about FO:E.
 
Since I’ve read it though and guessing you haven’t, Kkat did quite a good job in this regard.
 
You might be half-right about the retro-futuristic part, but then I did play the games after I read the fic. Not before. So that’s maybe just me. But then there also is a lot of retro-futuristic stuff in FO:E, it’s just that it works trough science merged with magic.
 
But I would just like to mention that in the end Fallout Equestria is not My Little Pony, nor is it Fallout. It is something entirely new and I love it more than any of the two it origins from. :) (Which, of course, is a matter of taste)
 
Either way, it was a great idea. Quite obvious thinking of the popularity it has gotten, isn’t it?

I fail to see why that’s a good idea, pretty much you’re making a race of benevolent beings act like the worst fucking things in the universe, That’s like if Superman suddenly started wearing 50 pouches, carried a giant gun around, and grimaced while he murdered a bunch of people.  
Besides, One of Fallout’s main charms is it’s retro-futuristic post-apocaliptic setting, magic and dragons sort of take away from that.

There was more. Basically it ended with your tradition “Girl get’s saved but is a huge whore from being raped repeatedly and now can’t stop thinking about dicks”. Wasn’t the best rape fic out there but as been mentioned the way she was in-character and the way her internal monologue was written was pretty close.

Don’t worry, the score of the picture is hardly important to me and people got different tastes. (Still a little ironic how that is exactly the reason why I want to read it xD ) I just hope there’s people out there willing to help me with this or that the picture reaches the author of the fic somehow.

I never played any of the Fallout games before I read the fic and understood everything quite clear so I doubt that would have been a problem.
 
As I see it, it’s because it’s interesting to see how such an innocent race (which honestly, isn’t as innocent as people try to make them seem) could become this horrible. Another thing that I personally love about this fic, is that it’s Fallout + Magic. I mean! Magical weapons! (and magic!) Pegasi cowboy! DRAGONS! Plus all the elements of Fallout. It’s all just a crazy but freakin’ epic mix of awesomeness.
 
Then there is the philosophical part which is great but I’m not gona bother explain it and there’s still the original theme of how important friendship are. Friendship is magic. :D Which you seemed to imply was a bad idea. Really, it makes a lot of sense. When living in a world like that, friendship becomes really important. Lot’s of love and hard decisions all included.

I have played pretty much every Fallout there is, I understand the FIC, What I don’t understand is why combining a series about cartoon ponies learning friendship with a bleak, darkly humorous series that, among many things, criticizes mankind’s flaws is a good idea.

I briefly glimpsed through it.
 
The only thing more disturbing about this being a torture-fic of Littlepip is that it is actually rather well-written. Littlepip seems in-character and such, which is why there is no way I am going to read this.

It’s not terribly written. That’s actually what’s kinda disturbing- it’s closely modeled after Kkat’s own style, and if she’s anything like I remember she might even enjoy it.

So are people downvoting this because of FoE, or because this sidefic is a terrible one?

The whole thing is the sole reason I became a brony (and the awesome show, of course, but I wouldn’t have watched it without FoE).
