Description
Larimar warily peeks down the hole. It’s pitch black. He takes a small stone nearby and drops it in.
There is a gurgling, guttural sound and Larimar thinks he hears words, but doesn’t understand them. It’s hard to tell, but he think he might recognize it as zebra.
Taking a wide berth around the hole, Larimar goes and searches the cabinet and cauldron. The cauldron is empty, but the cabinet contains jugs of some weird alchemy supplies. He kinda wish he knew alchemy, because he may have been able to make something out of this. He can’t even read the labels on the jugs because it’s in Zebra.
Beside the cabinet is a lever. Larimar looks over to the cauldron and pulls the lever. The cauldron is nosily hoisted into air. It then starts to travel towards the hole, and when it reaches the space above it tips over.
There is a stirring beneath the grate, and after a few moments of incoherent words and animal noises tentacles rise slowly out of the hole.
The tentacles move over the surface of the inside of the cauldron, and finding nothing he slowly slinks back into the hole with a disappointed sound.
