The Original Doctor Who series has been around ever since Black and White TV had sound to go with it. Bill & Ted only came out in the eighties.
 
Infact, Doctor Who is one of THE longest running British series.
 
So by all intents and purposes, Bill & Ted IS the Ripoff here.
 
So stop saying that Doctor Who is the Ripoff show. I’m not a Doctor who fantard, Infact, I stopped watching once The Doctor Regenerated for the eleventh time.
 
In my Opinion, The 10th Doctor was the Best, and NOT the Eleventh.

G1’s pretty much par the course for the 80s, and it’s first villain was a creature that escaped a heavy metal album cover!
 
A half-centaur/half-minotaur that drove a chariot pulled by dragons. Whose plan was to kidnap ponies and torture them until they became dragons so he could use them to take over the word.
 
Another villain was pretty much a crackhead with a sidekick who acted like a family member who could only watch her downward spiral while remembering her from before the drugs took over her life.
 
And then there’s the Smooze, an eldritch abomination who mindraped anyone unlucky enough to touch it and wanted to cover the world with its goo.

Seriously, this would be much more accurate if you swapped the bronies and the pokefans over.
 
It’s now generally accepted that, as awesome as Kanto was, the people who worship it to the exclusion of all others are basically assholes, while Hoenn is finally getting some retrospective respect.
 
Meanwhile, the 1980’s My Little Pony cartoon was actually on par with the rest of that era for quality if you ignore the girliness. The 2000’s cartoon is the one that was produced with scant regard for genuine entertainment!

IMO Gen III Pokemon is one of the best. A lot of people don’t really remember much about it, but to me the story was one of the best. Alas, until they revist Hoenn like they did Kanto and Johto, it will remain largely forgotten.

Gen 3 was my favorite pokemon generation although the only pokemon game I really enjoy is Pokemonobunaga.
