Notice that I mentioned "this particular image". If you disregard the other one, no direct implications of digestion remain (there are no stomach noises or expressions of pain or agony from the ponies inside); Pinkie's fearful look and Fluttershy's urgency merely imply that they're not okay with finding themselves in Gilda's stomach; conversely, you can derive from Twilight's reply that she has no problem with their situation.
