I have a question before the MLP season 9 starts.
What will happen to the future of the King Sombra?
We all know that the Mane 6 will win in some way and solve everything, the usual (honestly, I guess I know how it will end, but maybe Hasbro gives us a surprise).
But the destiny of the villain seriously intrigues me, how will it be?
The most logical option is that it will be destroyed again, either by Mane 6 or by Grogar.
Although there may be a small chance that the King Sombra will be purified and redeemed, since his redemption happened in the comics and sometimes I feel that Hasbro takes ideas from the comics (like the pony of the shadows, although it originated in the 4th season , the image of the pony of the shadows appeared in the comics before season 7).
Besides, he would be a good ally against Grogar.
Although if it happens I hope there is a good story for the redemption of Sombra, because if there is no good story, they will ruin a good character.
And last, the idea in which Sombra is turned into an infant or a baby. The truth is a crazy idea, but I’ve seen series like Adventure Time in which the most evil villain became good after turning him into a “baby” and then in the series Star vs the forces of evil, we saw the protagonist “ Meteora “almost destroyed the kingdom of Mewni and when she is defeated, somehow she became a baby and she became … good?

Well, it’s already 3 times that Sombra explodes, maybe he comes back (Remember that he is persistent), there are still 24 chapters ahead … besides I did not want the Mane 6 to redeem him, I wanted someone else to do it … I understand that Student 6 will receive the powers of the tree of harmony, perhaps if Sombra managed to survive maybe he will be redeemed at the end of the series (of course, if Hasbro gives him another chance, but since it is the last season, he has low chances).
