There were obvious (fake) clues scattered throughout Season 8 that Cozy Glow was in league with Neighsay, like her appearing when Rarity wonders how Flim and Flam got the book, her racism in _*What Lies Beneath_*, and how she appears standing next to Neighsay during all his triumphs in the trailer. And also how Neighsay talks in the trailer, then we hear Tirek say "Seems my little plan worked after all" while Neighsay is still on the screen, and then Neighsay speaks again, making it seem like Neighsay was the one who said it, to make us think Neighsay had a "plan" to do something, and since it "worked", he had something to do with what was going on.
