I have a problem with people who insult a character, the writers of the show, and fuckin’ Terry Schavo in Background Pony mode.
It’s funny how hostile you are to a comment that indirectly compliments your art while raising valid points about a character on the show. Can you see that I might now be entirely serious, what with that final remark? Or do you have that much of a hang-up over people having a problem with Spike’s depiction on the show?
Ah but no, let’s invent a whole new tag instead of seeing a far-fetched joke for what it is. It’s sad seeing one of my favorite artists act like this on a BP comment that strides the line between shitpost and show critique.

Except for his incredibly displays of loyalty and generosity, his commitment to Twilight Sparkle, literally everything that happened in the Gauntlet of Fire, risking his fame by standing up for a changeling (inadvertently paving the way for Thorax to usurp Chrysalis’ throne), growing wings and roasting a goddamn roc… But, y’know, total punching bag.
