Why is it call ‘rouge’? I assume ‘rouge’ is ‘red’ in French, but wouldn’t it be blush. And I have always found that eyelash tool to be quite scary. Putting that thing so close to your eye! And there’s that tar-like substance which accompanies it.

There are little boys who know what’s going on and still enjoy this sort of thing. It’s also fine that you didn’t enjoy it. Regardless of age not everyone has the same likes and dislikes, and that includes things like makeovers.
