Not sure about Kkat, but Somber might be okay with it if you specified that it was vore. I know of at least one artist that they gave permission to to draw it. But that obviously only applies to Project Horizons characters.
True, that’s why I do it :P However, I was told by Kkat herself to keep it private, though I didn’t specify what fetish I was drawing with her characters.
