You just convinced me to never watch this film. /s
It’s not eye shadow, it’s just an effect used to give them more expressions. When I first watched the show, I thought the same thing, but if you notice when their eyes are fully closed, there is no makeup. Only Rarity and Fluttershy have eye shadow in Equestria Girls.
Well, they felt Sunset needed some new attire to further emphasize her heel face turn. I myself prefer her outfit from the last two movies, but them’s the breaks.
I just miss the awesome leather jacket.
What was wrong with her outfit in the last movie? That was a perfect ensemble. Also leather jackets are cool.
