The Dino Thunder GBA game was awful,if there was a pony version it’d probably be better.Actually,ponies would make everything better.

At launch, meaning back in 2011. So of course it would be weaker then tech made after it. And the 3D capabilities increased the price.

The original 3DS simply can’t handle SNES emulation efficiently.

Nintendo’s bullshit online service policies. Yeah, everyone drawing penises on their Mario Kart DS avatars was a problem, but shutting down online entirely was uncalled for.  
Worthless touchscreen controls. Even more of a silly novelty than the Wiimote.  
Annoying unshutoffable menu music and preinstalled crap that can’t be removed.  
VC store shenanigans. Why add the Mother 1/Earthbound Origins trailer to the store if you SOBs never intended to release it on DS? Why announce Super Columns and then cancel it? Why force people to pay extra to upgrade to the “New” 3DS to play SNES titles?
 
Add all that to their decision to cancel the Wii-U so soon and not port the Zelda HD titles to Switch, and their bullshit online subscription model, and their artificial shortage strategy for the Classic Edition consoles, and I’m totally boycotting everything Nintendo and just using VBA-M, ZSNES, Nestopia, Dolphin and Desmume from here on out.

GBA SP is still the pinnacle of handheld gaming. The DS line and after went totally in the wrong direction.
