Heh, I know what a vector is, it’s just that this user sometimes uses other people’s actual vectors but due to resizing they lose that quality.
It does amaze me the amount of people on dA lately removing backgrounds from screencaps and claiming them as vectors. XD

it’s silly how many people get this confused with low-quality extracted characters from official screenshots of content
You could be right, I don’t think the Flutters one is for sure, but the Aria one must be from a higher resolution screencap. Either way, barely any artistic effort has been put in here, it’s basically just an edited screencap.
