Weirdly enough, needles didn’t bother me at all as a kid (it was those strep throat tests the nurses had to hold me down for) but now that I’m an adult, I completely dread them. I’ve actually passed out on three separate occasions while getting my blood drawn.
Most likely. Never had an IV needle. The worst kind of pain that I experienced in a hospital was having my thumb cut open with anaesthetic that just didnt work. (I’ve actually shared this on a few images)
Yeah. Plus, that was an IV needle, which means it was left in my arm for a while. Still, the IV needle in my arm wasn’t that bothersome. It probably is up to more nerves in the hand.
Oh I’ve never felt like that from a needle. Mine was a shot to the arm muscle and it was pretty unnoticeable. I guess the hand nerves/muscles must be more sensitive.

Needles used to scare me as a kid. Now I can get poked and not really care. I guess the worst needle prick was one in my hand while I was in the hospital last May for IV stuff. It wasn’t that it hurt, but it would cause a mild burning sensation in my hand when I moved my hand too much. I’d rather they kept it in my elbow, but I would crimp the IV line and set off an alarm on the machine.
Yeah. They’re really not that bad. A craft knife caused me more pain actually.
Can confirm. The worst are the needles they jab into you when you donate blood, but those only hurt for like 10 seconds before your body’s all “oh, hey, we’re still alive. Okay, neat, I guess this is just what’s happening now.”
I had a shot into my muscle and it felt fine. Just a little pressure.

or maybe it’s some sort of love potion or something to increase his libido because it looks incredibly obvious to me that she wants to fuck him. But hey, maybe that’s just my situational awareness and basic understanding of human facial expressions that’s helping me out a little bit.
