Yeah thats kind of the problem with mental/personality disorders. When they say the symptoms they mean in the extreme not in the slight. Problem is most people don’t bother learning that part.

The problem with OCD is that everyone has obsessive compulsive behaviour. Everyone.
 
EVERYONE has obsessive compulsive behaviour.
 
OCD is when that behaviour becomes so compounded that it becomes an impediment to normal life. When you literally cannot function, socially or otherwise, in an ordinary fashion because of obsessive compulsive behaviour.

Mystery box.

Twilight doesn’t seem autistic to me. I have two friends who have been diagnosed with asperger’s and one that is suspected of having it but hasn’t been diagnosed. Twilight… is most certainly quite capable socially, she just has limited experience. I would think her more likely to have OCD than an autism disorder.

Aspergers actually still does exist as a diagnosis. However, it’s being questioned whether it is distinct from high-functioning autism, so it is not firmly established. Gee, could this be a result of the only friend she had for a majority of her life being her brother? Lack of social interaction can do that.

No, it’s not due to a disorder.  
She got that way due to not being able to socialize much due to book reading.  
She could have become sociable if her life took a different path.
