Yeah, I looked at there VA roles. I definitely recognized her as Velma.
Apparently, it’s Betty Jean Ward who has done quite a lot of voice work over the years. Her biggest ones from a quick look at her Wikipedia Page were Velma Dinkley in Zombie Island and a few of the movies after that and Betty Rubble for Flintstone stuff in the late 80s and 90s.
