I assume its something to do with the fact that Fluttershy is ridiculously kind, and extracting as much kindness as she could have spared from Pinkie makes her all Pinkamina,

Hopefully more of the unhinging-of-jaws or poison joke shrinking related nommings and less of the Cupcakes variety.
