HEADCANON TIIIIIME
Following NMM’s banishment over 1000 years ago, things were fairly unstable considering that one half of the Equestrian Diarchy had been ejected from the planet. Fighting and violence erupted between those who supported the new rule and those who wished for the return of the exiled princess. One such pony, by the name of Mare Foalks, took matters into her own hooves.
A demolitions expert, bat pony, and major sympathiser for the Princess of the Night, she and many other similarly minded conspirators took it upon themselves to launch a revolution against Celestia’s rule beginning with the destruction of the castle where the fateful battle between sisters took place.
