Singalong is known to be very expressive. She has very exaggerated emotions, and it’s always easy to tell what she’s feeling. These emotions make it into her music. She’s able to write songs and ballads that can strike up the strongest feelings in even the most stoic of ponies. (Well, except Magi, but nopony can really ever get anything outta her.) Singalong initially wanted to make candy, and was saddened when she found she wasn’t very good at it. She would always complain about her struggles in a very verbose, expressive manner. Her mama Rara then suggested she try putting her struggles into song. This helped her get her emotions out, and, surprisingly, also improved her candy making skills. She found that singing while working helped her stay more focused, and made the whole process more fun! Ever since, Singalong jots down her feelings and makes little tunes out of them. Even though she still makes candy in her spare time, she couldn’t be happier that songwriting was her destiny. It’s what helps her express herself best. When she’s on stage for her friends, she finally has an excuse to be as dramatic and emotional as possible, because that song is her wacky thoughts and gosh darnit is she gonna sing em loud and proud! She especially loves performing for her cousins, Sweet Tea and Pirouette, who she is very close to. Being an Apple, Singalong’s family is everything to her, and she couldn’t be happier that they’re her biggest supporters.
