I am fluent in Portuguese, and live in Brazil. It's not possible to do 1:1 translation, as there are use of brazilian slangs and abbreviations. She is holding a phone with what seems WhatsApp on it, WhatsApp is incredibly popular in Brazil, so it is unlikely that this is Portugal's Portuguese. The way this was written was not formal, it was written as if it was a simple casual conversation with someone else (e.g.: Internet chat)... I'll try my best:

Good thing you have asked, the first prototype is complete and has been approved in all tests, just missing the register, which will be done until Friday, so... well, how did you finance this project basically by yourself, I think it's nothing more fair if it was yours, how about that?

"And this is what it would be if it wasn't for you, accept it already, y'know I won't keep you at peace if you don't keep it, when it's ready, I'm going there so we can fetch it together"

(There is no direct translation to "né", but in context, it works as if someone was saying "yeah, right")_*
*(In cases of "né?", with a question mark, I think it could be translated to "eh?")*
