Sounds like a nice comic/animation idea.

Imagine if in the dream she had something she was hiding behind, and kicked the covers off of herself while she slept. The object then disappears, and the poor girl is left just like this… it’d be a nice accompaniment to the nude sleeper canon, I think.
It could work even better with the dream.
