Ahh! Nothing says candy like “Andy Price Visual Candy”.
 
As much as I would’ve preferred this to be on the show instead, I’ve always to see Andy Price draw “Nightmare Night” related stuff. I’m okay with this. It’s gonna be good.

I just checked: there was actually a band called Crypt Kicker Five, punk rockers from Philly. But Andy has drawn them as Britton mopheads, very much like the Dave Clark Five. Is it a double reference?  
And then, of course, there were the Bobby Pickett, the Crypt Kickers and their Monster Mash. That makes it a possible 3 way reference.

So Ocellus is a fanged clown? Does this mean she wants to terrify everypony? After all, clowns.
 
And the CMC as the Three Stooges? I can get it, but I can’t see adorable Sweetie as Larry. She’d be Curly if any of them; he was the one everyone liked.

I love seeing the Peanuts ponies return; I wonder if pony Charlie Brown is as much of a loser as his human counterpart?
 
And that band in the upper right BG, the Crypt Kicker Five – does their inclusion justify a ‘Monster Mash’ tag?
