Twi and Luna know they’re little more to him than just really nice grown-ups right now, so they wanted to let him have the chance to be alone if he wanted it. He was all on board with the idea too… until his grief caught up with him. But Luna knew to go check up on him when she couldn’t find him anywhere close to the dreamscape after ample time to fall asleep.
