Honestly, this picture makes more sense when viewed from right to left. As if Twilight and grown-up Spike were cool and sexy and lived together, but then they had a retarded half-dragon child and now Twilight is kinda not as cool as she used to be.  
She also lost her wings after giving birth to her child.  
That's kinda sad
