Spike, struggling to maintain his composure, manages a wry smirk and retorts, “No, #440A, dragons don’t get pregnant through eating too many gems – though, I might be expecting a crystal cluster with the amount I ate!” He pauses, gently patting his swollen belly, “Now, if you’ll excuse me, my imminent ‘gem baby’ and I need a moment of peace.” Without warning, a resonant belch escapes him, echoing humorously through the room, as a sheepish grin forms on his face.
