I think Spitfire should be given a hearing for her negligence or ignorance in regards to the safety protocols for Wonderbolt Cadets. I know you’re meant to be a harsh prick, but every Drill Sergeant worth his salt keeps an eye out for the extreme dangers of every training exercise. Spitfire’s conduct was bogus and she should have been reprimanded just as harsh for allowing this to happen under HER WATCH.
 
You know, since she was aware of the effects Lightning Dust’s showboating on the team.

“Oh hey darling! I didn’t expect you to be back so early? Is anything the problem?”

She has a lot of potential to be an excellent addition to the Wonderbolts, if only she learns to tame her reckless nature. It’s best that Spitfire gives her another chance when she learns to work cooperatively and rationally. But, if the problem persists in the future, maybe it’ll appropriate to boot her.

Shes probably being disciplined right now, rather than being kicked out. Spitfire may or may not boot her out, depending on they’re going to do with her. Usually COs call in individuals into there office when discussing about a fate of a personnel. Lighting was simply escorted off the field.
