Tempest Breaker was born in the USFA seen here >>1400650. When he was younger he was sent to Bridle a town populated mostly by mares seen here (warning explicit skip to description) >>1807452 as an exchange student for a year where he met Venus seen here(warning explicit) >>1826311. They became friends and he told here about his dream to join the Friesian military and become the top ace the Cipher(A title which evolved into a rank and is used as morale for the military). He joins the military and becomes the Cipher.
