Dialogue (if you can’t see it)
Sheriff Silverstar; “Why in tarnation would they build a monument to your most infamous criminal?”
Didgeree; “I dunno. I didn’t build it.”
Located in Glenrowan, Northern Victoria, this giant statue of Ned Kelly is an amazing sight to see.
Why they build it, I don’t know, but it’s most likely because Ned either lived in that area, stayed in gaol/jail there, or that’s where he was captured.
During my time in the area for the Australian Production Car Championship (namely Winton), we drove by this statue, and I almost immediately thought of doing this image.

thanks
Every other colour I tried blended horribly into the background
Thanks buddy
Well, I’m no historian.
I thought that was a rock formation for a sec
kelly’s armor in general was 4.7625 thick, almost close to 5, though the armor wasnt as tough as it didnt reach potential heat when molded out.
lots of folks back then got ambushed by them and when they fought armed individuals they realized something.
so when people realized his armor could withstand guns like .45in Martini Henry rifles and .45in Webley percussion revolvers which had gunpowder in it, they sure as hell feared the gang because of how impossible the idea was to take them all down or survive an encounter with them. plus the gang was also very deadly and accurate with their 45 inch revolvers due to using them a lot on raids.
thats one of the reasons they were one of the most iconic bushrangers and one of the most infamous criminals in history.
but that was the obvious side… wasnt it?
Edited because: didnt make sense
That’s just the start. I bet I could find plenty more.
