Earth ponies wouldn't be able to harvest the earth the way they could
Unicorns, being frail (with the exception of Tempest) would not be able to do much without their magic, meaning they'd have to reeducate their bodies to perform mundane tasks
Spike would lose his fire
Day and night would not come without the aid of the princesses
The crystal empire would lose the protection of the crystal heart and the empire would be lost for good
Changelings would lose their magic
Without proper chaos, Discord would cease to exist
The mirror would be cut off, meaning Sunset could never return to Equestria
The tree of harmony would lose its power
And the seaponies/hippogriffs would be cut off from their homes and families by being restricted to a single area, land or sea
So Cozy, by far, is the most evil villain the show has had.
