Spoiled because nsfw: her species is a parasitic blob creature that mates with males of other species and lays its eggs in them, and the offspring inherit traits from the “parent”. A dragon parent might mean it was resistant to fire, a changeling parent might give it the ability to feed on love, a lamia parent might make it poisonous, etc. If they get enough of the same species of parent in their lineage they’ll actually be born as a slime version of that species instead of just a shapeless blob.
