I guess it can reverse anything since requiem stands are supposed to be the most powerful you can get. (Unless you count Eyes Over Heaven as canon)
Well, we don’t exactly see GER’s full extent, but if it can reverse King Crimson’s Time Erase it can reverse most anything. I would also say DIO’s weakness is also his narcissism and the various side effects of such.
Yeah unfortunately dio’s big weakness is [spoiler]his leg [spoiler]so you’d just have to aim for that. I wonder if GER is invincible to any attack? Like say a nuke, energy weapon, memetic effects or telepathic stuff?

Well, to be fair the latter can literally undo anything and if world over heaven can be requiem the only practical way to take it down is by attacking the user (which could be said of any stand really).
