I know I personally do t mind the different part, all I want is for others to accept the difference.
I cannot speak for everyone though, especially for some extremists out there.
Some people want a life long partner without the sexy stuff. It is incredibly rare though, when you crunch the numbers of course, it’s not for everyone. :)
So they’re like a Venn diagram, they intersect but don’t completely overlap. I can’t see that, look at older married couples.
Why the confused face?
By that logic, there is no such thing as aromantic people. Do you agree with that statement?
“that’s the point after all”
Biology isn’t as clear-cut as you’re making it out to be. Yes, romance and sex overlap a lot as, for most people, they’re two very congruous feelings, but they’re still two separate things that can be felt independently from one another. You know how a person may feel the urge to be romantic with their partner but at the same time not be in the mood for sex at that moment? I’d imagine asexual people have that feeling all the time.
eeyup. just like me… but I still like girls and I don’t call myself asexual
Not always. Some people are simply not into sex or have low sex drives.
sexual attraction influences in romance, that’s the point after all. there is not a single asexual person in the world
You complaining about this again? It has two definitions. One’s the method of a creature being able to reproduce on its own. While the other one is for a type of sexuality where a person isn’t sexually attracted to either sex. That being said, asexual people can still have romantic relationships. Romance and sex are two different things.
>asexuals
people really knows how asexuality works?
I can’t unsee it now.
@Joshua
That too. It’s rare to see an actual canon couple with these.
