W e w, that's certainly an extensive review. Thanks for taking the time to actually notice and write down everything (or well, the most important stuff). It's much more fun adding all the little details in, knowing they're goin to be appreciated in the end.
The cartoonly panels were a pleasure to draw, especially the pricnesses' faces. I tried to do a good work on that matter, since well, expressions aren't exactly my strong point. So I'm really glad they turned out so alive and expressive. I put some extra effort on the shoes too, to achieve that organic feeling you mentioned. Shoes are almost as important as feets anyway.
As for the mistakes on the panels, the ring is indeed missing as I thought it isn't actually visible with Celestbutt clenching her hand to a fist, butt it should be there according to its position on the main panel. Also, assumed the horn is hiding behind her hairs. Finally, about the chronological order, it does seem like their reacting before the actual barefooting happens, which is kinda fine with me. Maybe just the idea is enough to make them feel like that.
You got the main image pretty much entirely covered. Well apart from some small details, butt hey, we don't have to explain everything. I have to say backgrounds were at least interesting to draw, working with space and perspective a bit more than usual. And the bench. That bench was way more effort to put there that it seems.
Btw, my bad for not texturing the gloves, completely forgot about that. And the tails.
To wrap everything up, I adore the whole setting and context behind this commission, even if a bit intimidating at first. Really inspirational and juicy (at least for me), it's great to work on something that has a lil bit of story behind it, opposed to the usual stuff. Safe to say I'm more than satisfied with the end result. Praise the sunsoles and the moon scurnchfaic.
