Primarch of the 5th, the White Scars: Psychoshy - The Great Khan!
During the raid on the Hoofington Raiders, the White Scars first encountered their Primarch, she managed to kill at least three Steel Warriors before her side was seared by a volkite blast, she survived and with the Empress’s assistance and for the courage she showed during the raid, she was given Primarchood. During the Great Crusade, the White Scars stood alongside the Iron Warriors and World Eaters in many conflicts, Gaining a reputation for hit-and-run tactics… While this made them invaluable when assisting other forces, it greatly hindered them when put into conflicts all on their own. They assisted Steelhooves and Littlepip’s Legions in defense of the Imperial Place on Equis, and they mercilessly hunted the survivors of the battle, forcing the Traitors into the Eye of Terror. However while the White Scars were pursuing the Traitors, the Changelings had pillaged the Primarch’s planet, Mundus Planus, the planet gifted to her by the Empress. In the name of Revenge, Psychoshy chased the Changelings into their Webway, never to return.

Well, if you’d read the Lore bits I’ve packed into all my pictures, you’ll find that I’m tying this story into Fallout Equestria (Because the Age of Strife was a thing), and Dash has been dead for a few centuries at this point.
