To clarify, in case not everypony speaks Japanese, which I know to be true and am just being a pillock, lol– Once the Mane cast eventually travels through time, I’d gather they’ll meet their ancestors, beat up some guy, go into space, beat up another guy, beat up a girl (still in space), have a picnic with some Kobolds, and turn into stallions somehow… Maybe. XD

I have been wondering about this, myself.
 
How can we be sure that the Founders are anything like the Mane Six? Sure the names seem to fit the personalities of the ponies who assumed their roles in the play, but could that just be a bit of exaggeration over the centuries?
 
Or what if the founders did look like the future Mane Six, could there be a bloodline in each pony’s heritage that traces all the way back to the Founders? Is such a thing possible? Plausible? Could it have any real significance on the Main Six other than them saying “Hey, I’m related to them!” or nothing more?
 
The episode deliberately kept the lines blurred for a reason it seems, if only to make extremely inquisitive fans like myself go mad from speculation.
