Actually when it comes to the idea of Trixie and Maud meeting each other, he has been incredibly lucky. The first time the two characters interacted on the show, it wasn’t treated as if they met for the first time.
Although… Trixie and Maud in the actual season don’t seem to be known from before, even when Trixie worked at the rock farm.
I’d chalk that up to those episodes being written by writers who never worked on the show during S3 (Which is when this comic takes place), so they just make up their own canon while ignoring the pre-established one…but that’s just my theory.
So… is the artist still writing this before Trixie attempts to conquer Ponyville?
Because if so, this is lasting a while, like, damn there is already 237 pages. If this continues this is becoming an unfinished series like Discorded Whooves.

Artist could take this as “they forgot and buried the past” or “this comic is totally un-canon and is just Trixie and maud shenanigans”.

It’s definitely Maud.
