Interesting, Because a bird in real life behaves that way, when some other animal is inthruding on it's territory.  
Which it's showing that Sunset is(or was) intruding ion Celestia's territory, Sunset obviously know this, because when celestia spreads her wings to Sunset (and Twilight) she already feels that celestia does not want her there, at least for a moment.
