Morning Dew may come off as confident and assertive, but really she isn’t. She’s a shy weather pony who prefers to keep to herself, but when she’s with the right ponies she never stops talking. She’s often confused and flustered, with a general distrust of other ponies, so she likes to be alone in the clouds.
 
her design kinda came out of nowhere, i was trying to redesign an old starlight x trixie pony (sta.sh/0t3vsuz1oxi) which is where her mane colors came from but i like her better as a dark blue pegasus instead of a purple/pink unicorn. also, her mane was based off some concept art of starlight (mlp.wikia.com/wiki/File:Art_of…)
