The bad part of me says they’re brought up like little Spartans. The nicer part of me that I’m trying to encourage says that they form really strong bonds as a result, and maintain closer, more family-like networks of friends throughout life than other ponies. We’ve just seen an example of one forming {sfx: Rarity-awwwWwwWWwwW!}. They always have somepony to support them no matter what.

Is it just me or does the thought that Scootaloo is an orphan and so is Rainbow Dash probably we never see RD or Scootaloo’s parents just make it seem even more adorable?
