Are a special bread in this world there more intelligence then normal dog I think spike said in friendship games that “I could always talk before it was so easy” so my theory is dogs with technicolor fur and human like eyes are the counterparts to dragons
while dogs like Winona
are just normal pets in both the human world and in equestria
