Well 1000 ago, it used to be cool and the norm for 12 year olds to marry and junk
 
so Luna’s just being a product of her times, only Scoot is probably ten-ish
 
Also this means “Nightmare” Moon wasn’t just for pun

I liked this episode a lot, especially the way Luna is in it. She watches over the little fillies at night and helps them with their bad dreams. :)
