The build up to Valentine’s Day is getting real. Tomorrow there’s going to be at least three special submissions for the occasion. I had fun doing this 14 Days of Lurve, got to explore the different aspects of love from family, to friends, and of course romantic love. So as reminder for tomorrow, it’s okay if you don’t have a special someone to cuddle or kiss with because that’s not all of what Valentine’s Day is. Valentine’s Day is the symbol of love and love has many areas from your love to a friend, love to your family, and even love to what you do for instant drawing and acting for me! Anyways here is yet another young Somblestia drawing because I can’t get enough of these guys as kids. Enjoy day 13 out of my 14 Days of Lurve~
 
“Are we almost done?” Sombra asked. Few years have passed and now our little Sombra is now a striking, handsome teenager. Since he is getting closer into becoming King someday, he has spent the last few years on royal lessons and training to become the next King of Equestria. Right now, Sombra was in the middle of getting his new suit all tailored up. “Sombra!” came a calm but strict voice. Sombra winced as he turned to look at his personal tutor, Ms Chestnut. “Sorry.” he said. “Cut him some slack Rose, at least he’s stayed put for this long.” came an amused voice. The unicorn stallion walked over to Sombra as he looked up at him. “Hi dad.” Sombra said. The bushy mustache pony smiled at him as he said, “Look into the mirror son.” Looking in he continued, “You know what I see.” “What?” Sombra asked. “A wise, strong, and worthy future King of Equestria.” he replied as Sombra smiled. “There you are my grace, he’s all done.” the tailor said.
 
Sombra did a 360 view, nodding his head of the handy work. “Not bad.” he said. A knock came to the door as the King replied, “Enter.” A small squire came in saying, “Your majesty, Starswirl of the Alternate World has arrived.” “Oh yes!” he said, “I almost forgot about our meeting, I shall be there shortly.” Sombra’s ears perked up, where there was Starswirl she had to be there. As his father left the room the tailor said, “Now I know you don’t want to be in the suit no more so you can-” He was cut off as Sombra rushed to catch up with his father, new suit and all.
 
He ran down the hall trying to catch up with his father, when he smacked right into somepony. Sombra’s head spinned as he rubbed his head. “Get your flank off of me.” murmured a voice underneath Sombra. Getting off Sombra replied, “Forgive me, I didn’t see you.” A small gasp sounded as the same pony replied, “Sombra?” Sombra blinked as gold magic enveloped around his cape. Gently lifting it away from his face, Sombra could now see in full view of a beautiful site. She had golden shoes on, with matching chestplate, and a pretty crown with a purple jewel. Sombra blushed as he stuttered, “C-Celestia.” Celestia smiled as she said, “Yeah, yeah it’s me.” Sombra looked at her from top to bottom. “Wow Tia you look-you look…” he started. “Different, yeah well puberty came and it’s still coming.” Celestia joked slightly. “Beautiful.” he finished.
 
Celestia looked at him as she said, “Do you really mean it?” “Of course!” Sombra said a little to quickly as he added, “I mean, yeah you do. I-I mean I can’t believe how much you’ve grown since we last seen each other.” Celestia let out a relieved sigh, “Oh thank goodness. I thought it looked a little to much and boy does this stuff get hard to wear.” Sombra chuckled as she added, “And you Sombra, you don’t look half bad yourself. I’m liking your style, and is that a new blue streak in your mane?” Sombra chuckled as he blushed, “Oh yeah, my dad says by the time I’m a grown up there will be more blue streaks.” He paused for a second, “Would you like them?” “Of course!” she said, “I live everything about you.” Sombra blushed as he said, “What about you? Don’t think I didn’t notice that cute little blue streak of yours too.” “Yeah and Starswirl says that’s not even half of what it will be when I’m all grown up!” Celestia said, “He says that there will even be some aqua marine in my mane.”
 
The two laughed together in the hallway. As they calmed down with the laughter, there eyes suddenly met. Suddenly it almost felt like there was a magnet between them, drawing them closer together. Sombra’s cheek were on fire as he pushed some of Celestia’s mane back, making her place her hoof on his. “I…I missed you Tia.” he said, “So have I.” she replied. The two looked at each other for a few seconds. “Celestia! It’s time to go.” came Starswirls voice. Celestia sighed as she said, “It was nice to see you again Sombra.” “You too,” he sighed, “Promise to visit as soon as you can, okay?” Celestia nodded as she softly kissed Sombra’s cheek. Parting away she waved, “Goodbye, see you again.” Sombra stood there watching her go as he stood there full of blush. The squire and tailor watched from afar as they both sighed, “Aw young love.”
