The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

This graph doesn’t says much. First, Star Trek is bound to be stable, Is an old fandom and has a lot of fans. What you see there is the fulltime fans.
When you see the pony graph, you see that it has a peak of above 40000 from August to September, everyone was probably checking for news on EQD, but now that there is new episodes, the fandom has divided their attention on more communities.
The pony one is more stable at around 15000 to 30000 views, that’s similar to the Star Trek one.
If there where a new Star Trek series, it would be a more random graph, probably similar to the pony one.

I’m honestly kinda surprised that a star trek fan site is that active.
There hasn’t been a show for a good while and the information about the new movie has been kinda sparse.

So you’re saying a fanbase as storied and enduring as star trek is more likely to remain constant while a website mostly visited by newer fans lights up with new seasons/episodes?

Seems fairly obvious.
